Terms of service

Terms of Service

Overview
This website is operated by Pelli Golf Co. ("we," "us," "our"), based in Nevada. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products
Our headcovers and accessories are handmade from natural leather and other materials. Variations in grain, color, texture and markings are part of the character of each piece and are not defects. We do our best to show colors accurately, but they can look different on different screens.

Custom orders
When you place a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, artwork or designs you ask us to include. We may decline any custom request, for example designs that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, or that we consider offensive. Once you approve a design and we begin production, your order is final, as described in our Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Many of our pieces are one of a kind, so availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If we have to cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or because an item is no longer available, we'll refund you in full.

Payment
You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your full card details.

Our content
All content on this site, including photos, designs, characters, logos and text, belongs to Pelli Golf Co. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pelli Golf Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will never exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page.
