Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost
All orders shipping cost depending on you location in the United States

Processing times
- Ready-made items ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Custom orders take about 2–3 weeks to make before they ship. We'll keep you posted on progress, and we'll let you know right away if your order will take longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Most US deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at pelligolfco@gmail.com and we'll help you work with the carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll always do what we can to help.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible, and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
